01 Overview
FrontierPCB (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides local PCB fabrication and 3D printing services in the El Paso, TX and Ciudad Juárez, Chih. region. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you request a quote or place an order, how we use and store it, and your rights regarding that information.
By submitting design files or contact information to us, you agree to this policy.
02 What We Collect
When you use our quoting tools or contact us, we may receive:
- Design files — Gerber archives (.zip), drill files, 3D model files (STL, 3MF, STEP, OBJ)
- Contact information — Name, email address, and/or WhatsApp number you provide
- Order parameters — Specifications you select (material, quantity, finish, layer count, etc.)
- Delivery details — Address or pickup preference within El Paso / Cd. Juárez
We do not collect payment card data directly. Payments are handled through agreed-upon channels (bank transfer, cash, or a third-party payment processor), none of which pass card numbers through our servers.
03 How We Use Your Data
Your information is used exclusively to:
- Generate an accurate price quote for your order
- Review your design files for manufacturing feasibility (DFM check)
- Fabricate and deliver your PCBs or 3D-printed parts
- Communicate with you about order status, questions, or issues
We will never use your design files for any purpose beyond fulfilling your specific order. Your intellectual property remains yours.
04 File Storage & Deletion
Uploaded design files (Gerbers, 3D models) are stored on our servers solely to process your order.
We do not archive or retain your design files for reorders. If you place a repeat order you will need to upload your files again.
You may request immediate deletion of your files at any time by contacting us — see Section 7.
05 Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or design files to any third party.
- Files are accessed only by the FrontierPCB team members directly involved in your order
- We do not use third-party analytics services that process your files
- We may disclose information if required by law or a valid legal process
06 Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information:
- All file transfers use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit
- Files at rest are stored on access-controlled infrastructure
- Access to stored files is limited to personnel fulfilling your order
No transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07 Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a summary of what information we hold about you
- Deletion — request immediate deletion of your design files and/or personal information
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Portability — request a copy of the data we hold associated with your email

08 Your Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all design files you submit. By uploading files you grant FrontierPCB a limited, non-exclusive license solely to manufacture the parts described in those files for your order. This license expires upon order completion or file deletion, whichever comes first.
You represent that you own or have the right to share any files you upload, and that those files do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. FrontierPCB is not liable for manufacturing parts based on files submitted in violation of third-party rights.
09 Limitation of Liability
FrontierPCB is a small, local fabrication service. Our liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Quotes generated by our online tools are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed before production begins.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
