01 Agreement to Terms
By submitting a quote request, uploading design files, placing an order, or otherwise using FrontierPCB's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These terms apply to PCB fabrication, 3D printing, design review, and any other service offered by FrontierPCB in the El Paso, TX and Ciudad Juárez, Chih. region.
02 Prohibited Orders & ITAR
FrontierPCB does not manufacture hardware subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), or any other U.S. or Mexican export-control law. Submitting such designs is a violation of these terms and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
You also may not submit designs that:
- Are intended for use in weapons, munitions, or military systems
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
- Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- You do not have authorization to manufacture
FrontierPCB reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
03 Quotes & Pricing
Price estimates generated by our online quoting tools are instant and based on the parameters you select. For 3D printing, the quoted price is the final price — payment is collected automatically at checkout and production begins shortly after. For PCB fabrication, quotes are estimates; a final confirmed price may be provided after file review before production begins.
PCB prices may vary based on actual file review, board complexity, material availability, and order volume.
04 Payment & Shipping
Payment for 3D printing orders is processed automatically through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing checkout you agree to Stripe's terms of service. FrontierPCB does not store your card details — all payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
Shipping labels for 3D printing orders are generated automatically via ShipEngine. Shipping rates shown at checkout are real-time estimates from the carrier. FrontierPCB is not liable for carrier delays, lost shipments, or damage after handoff to the carrier.
05 Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the correctness of the design files you submit. Before placing an order, you should verify that:
- All Gerber layers, drill files, and 3D models are complete and accurate
- Dimensions, tolerances, and specifications are correct for your intended use
- Your design meets the manufacturing constraints described on our quoting pages
While we perform a basic design-for-manufacturability (DFM) check as a courtesy, we are not liable for errors in your design files that pass DFM review but result in a non-functional part.
06 Manufacturing Defects & Remake Policy
We take quality seriously, but manufacturing is not perfect. PCBs can have trace defects, delamination, or solder-mask issues. 3D-printed parts can have layer inconsistencies, dimensional variance, or surface artifacts.
Our remake obligation is limited to remanufacturing the original order quantity. We do not offer cash refunds except where required by applicable law.
07 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRONTIERPCB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity
- Damage to equipment, property, or systems caused by parts we manufactured
- Personal injury arising from use of parts we manufactured
- Losses resulting from design errors in files you submitted
Parts manufactured by FrontierPCB are prototypes and low-volume production items intended for use by technically qualified individuals. They are not certified for safety-critical, life-critical, or mission-critical applications unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
08 Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Fitness for a particular purpose or application
- That manufactured parts will be free from all defects
- That turnaround times or delivery estimates will always be met
- That quoting tool output will exactly reflect final pricing
09 Delivery
We offer same-day lead times and fast shipping to El Paso, TX and Ciudad Juárez, Chih., as well as customer pickup. Shipping and lead time estimates may be affected by production complexity, material availability, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery or pickup. We are not liable for damage that occurs during transit after handoff.
10 Cancellations
By you: You may request cancellation of an order at any time by contacting us. If production has not yet started, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once fabrication is underway, we will make every reasonable effort to stop it, but cancellation is not guaranteed. If production cannot be halted, the order will be fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
By FrontierPCB: We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: designs that violate Section 2, material unavailability, capacity constraints, or our sole discretion. If we cancel an order that has not entered production, you will receive a full refund. If we cancel an order already in production, we will issue a full refund regardless.
11 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For orders originating in Mexico, local consumer protection laws (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor) may also apply.
Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through direct negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
12 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as our business evolves. Material changes will be reflected with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
